Golden Hearts Home Care LLC is proud to host our Second Annual Fall Festival & Community Wellness Fair, a free, family-friendly celebration focused on community connection, health awareness, and support for local families.

Guests will enjoy food, music, family-friendly games, educational activities, and helpful wellness resources, including free health screenings.

 

More than 250 community members are expected to attend. By becoming a sponsor, your business or organization will receive valuable community exposure while helping us create a welcoming and meaningful event for local families.
